Will Poulter (born January 28, 1993) is a British actor known for his film roles in "We're the Millers," "The Revenant," "Midsommar" and "Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3" and TV roles on "Dopesick" and "Black Mirror: Bandersnatch." His first film role was in the 2007 film "Son of Rambow" when he was 13 years old. He also appeared on British comedy shows like "Comedy Lab," "Lead Balloon" and "School of Comedy." His first major role was as Eustace Scrubb in the adaptation of "The Chronicles of Narnia: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader." He gained further recognition and won the BAFTA's EE Rising Star award for the 2013 comedy "We're the Millers," starring opposite Jennifer Aniston, Jason Sudeikis and Emma Roberts. In another book adaptation, Poulter played Gally in the science fiction movie "The Maze Runner" (2014) and its sequel "Maze Runner: The Death Cure" (2018). Between those films, he appeared in "The Revenant" (2015), starring Leonardo DiCaprio, the crime drama "Detroit" (2017) and later the A24 horror film "Midsommar," starring Florence Pugh. On TV, Poulter starred in Netflix's interactive special "Black Mirror: Bandersnatch" (2018), Prime Video's historical drama "The Underground Railroad" (2021) and Hulu's opioid drama "Dopesick" (2021), for which he earned an Emmy nomination for outstanding supporting actor in a limited series. He also appeared in an episode of Hulu's "The Bear," starring Jeremy Allen White in 2023. That same year, Poulter joined the Marvel Cinematic Universe and played the super strong, gold android Adam Warlock in "Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3."
